You are going to discover a two century old house renewed with respect to the original features: traditional earth plastering on the wide stone walls keeps cool in summer and warm in winter.  

      We chose geothermic heating either in the walls (1st floor) or in the ground giving mild and comfortable atmosphere.

The map of the house

The main rooms

The kitchen [3], where an ancient brick oven could still be used, lies in a central position. It has a direct access to the dining room [4], the living room [2] and the terrace outside. It's fully equipped (Dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, electric cooking with induction hobs, fridge with freezer, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)

 

The dining room, clear and spacious can seat up to 10 people on its big round table. It opens to the countryside and the lake.

 

The living room offers comfortable seating in front of either its wide and ancient fire place or the TV receiving hundreds of channel through a satellite dish. It also offers a DVD reader. Wood can be provided if you wish to use the fire place. You can reach the terrace directly.

 

2 bedrooms in the ground floor can accommodate people in a wheelchair or those having difficulties with the stairs.

Also on the ground floor a laundry provides a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

"Chambre rouge" [16]

 

 

This very pleasant room, has a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom [17] with shower and independant toilets. The wardrobes are built-in..

"Chambre dorée" [12]

This room is the biggest of the house (30m ²). It has a 160 cm double bed, a TV corner and a sofa bed which can accomodate an extra sleeper.

Besides it has an ensuite dressing room[14] and bathroom [13] (with a big bath and a toilet).

 

 
 

"Chambre Bleue" & "chambre Twin"

Those 2 rooms on the ground floor communicate together.

The first one[5] with two 90cm twin beds (or a double bed) has a bathroom with a shower, toilets and a towel dryer radiator [6]  

 The second one[8] has an independent entrance from outside and 90cm twin bed too. It has its own dressing room, toilet and wash basin.

       

 

The outside

           A close ground of about 3000 m² surrounds the house. A door can give you access to the lake below.

        On the property itself an ancient "hangar" will provide shelter to your cars or "parties de petanque". The swimming pool will cool the hot days between 15th May and 15th October. It has its own shower (solar heating).

On a sheltered terrasse lies a table, a barbecue and a parasol.
